What PeerNorth shows
PeerNorth shows aggregate career trajectories for a role and region. We never show, name, photograph, link to, or contact any individual. Peer examples are masked to block characters and stripped to role, field, company stage, industry and timing.
Where the data comes from
Profile data is licensed from a managed third-party data provider. We do not operate a scraper, browser automation, or fake accounts. Identifiers are stripped at ingestion; we persist only role/field/stage/timing and, at most, a salted hash used solely to de-duplicate.
What we store about you
The email you give us, the role/region you entered, and your report history — so we can email your report and remember what you unlocked. We minimize what we keep and never sell it.
